GENCAPITA is now Vantar

We’re excited to share an important milestone in our journey – GENCAPITA is now Vantar.

This change reflects more than a new name or visual identity. It marks the next phase of our evolution as we continue building a modern investing platform designed to make access to global markets simpler, clearer, and more intuitive for everyone.

While our brand has changed, what matters most remains exactly the same.

Customer accounts, investments, and access remain fully intact. Nothing about how you use the product, manage your portfolio, or interact with your investments has changed.

Why we are evolving into Vantar

As we grew, it became clear that our mission had outgrown our original identity.

We are no longer just a platform enabling access; we are building a broader investing experience for every investor and every market.

The name Vantar represents this direction: a more modern, global-facing identity that reflects how investing today is borderless, fast-moving, and increasingly driven by information and access.

This transition allows us to better express who we are becoming and the experience we want to deliver to investors over time.

What’s changing

As part of this transition, you will begin to see updates across our platform and communications, including:

• Our brand name changing from GENCAPITA to Vantar
• A refreshed visual identity, including logo, colors, and design system
• A more refined tone and user experience across our products and content

These changes will roll out gradually as we continue improving the platform experience.

What’s not changing

While our look and name are evolving, the fundamentals of our customers’ experience remain the same:

• Investment portfolios remain unchanged
• User account and access continue to work as usual
• Vantar remains wholly owned by Gen Financial Inc.
• Investment accounts are still held through Gen Invest LLC
• Brokerage services continue to be provided by Alpaca Securities

Most importantly, there is no action required from customers at this time. Customers can continue using the platform as they normally would, now under the Vantar brand.

What this means for customers

This transition is part of our long-term commitment to building a stronger, more intuitive investing experience. As Vantar, we will continue to focus on:

• Making global investing more accessible
• Providing clearer insights into markets
• Helping customers make more informed investment decisions
• Building tools that simplify tracking and understanding the portfolio

We believe investing should feel less complex and more empowering, and this rebrand is a step toward delivering on that promise.
